Question: Restricting a Workstation to Specific Areas, While Allowing Them to See Alarms from Restricted Areas

Hello,

I am using DeltaV 13.3.1

I want to restrict a workstation from making setpoint changes outside of a 2 or 3 specific areas, but I want them to see alarms from some of the restricted areas. Operators move around so doing it with keys is not feasible. Is there a way to allow the operator to see the alarms in areas I restrict?

  Would it be possible to create workstation-specific user(s) without the needed permissions?
  
  Another - not very "nice" - option would be to create special additional control modules referencing the alarms of the original modules assigned to workstation-specific areas...
