We are in a midst of a Project, where client needs to restrict their operators to change the Recipe parameter while creating a batch.
Any suggestions regarding this is highly appreciable.

In DeltaV v12, an option was added to allow for certain parameters to be locked from changes during batch creation. Of course, you can change them with required permission, but not at the permissions assigned to operations staff.
