Error's when trying to generate PST reports off AMS 13.5

I am unable to generate any PST reports on the AMS/Valvelink software I currently have.  When I try and make a report from complete PST data I get the same error every time.  I've tried to generate reports in both PDF and Doc formats.  Please help.
