Emerson GC 2350 Modbus TCP communication with 800XA

Hi,

I am communicating ABB DCS 800Xa with Emerson GC  over Modbus TCP.

GC will be Modbus Slave While ABB CI867 will be Modbus Master.

Can some body guide me which register addresses are to be set in 800XA for reading.

Also is there any change to be done in GC Side. I-e  register mapping etc. 

Can some one help me with screen shots please.
