Rosemount 8732 changing units from ft/s to impGal/min

Hello,

Sorry for the rookie question. instrumentation is outside my field but I was thrown into this problem.

We have a group of 8732 flow meters that were installed in 2011. One of the meters is reading in ft/s and we want it changed to impGal/min to match the other equipment.

I tried with AMS suite, but the dropbox to change a unit is grayed out even after putting it out of service.

the instruments are connected with Foundation fieldbus.

    Hello,

    You cannot do it through AMS. AMS does not access the AI Block. You will need to do it through the HOST System and access the AI Block
