Converting Emerson 700XA Gas Chromatograph Status Signals to Modbus Holding Registers

Dear Emerson Support

We have one 700XA Gas Chromatograph on which some of the boolean status are configured on Modbus Coil addressss (10000-19999). Some of the boolean status are as following:

No Sample Flow

Analyzer Failure

Low Carrier Pressure.

The flow computer that we have interfaced with this chromatograph supports only Holding Registers (40000-49999). Is it possible to change such status signals in Gas Chromatograph modbus map to Holding Registers?

    Hello Shaiq Bashir,

    This can be done by changing the data type in the Modbus map from Boolean to Int , or create a new register of type int at an unused register address.
