Quickpanel+ - Unable to Free up Memory !!

Hi the QP+ is IC755CSS12CDA,  machine edition : 8.5 I have deleted the folder Flash (in windows explorer) and all its contents, and also emptied the recycle bin of QP+. However if is see the system info the free memory is still seen as 0.3MB only and consumed as 337MB We need more memory to download fresh HMI project. I tried through PME - RESET option also while connecting, but it gives me the error of ENOUGH MEMORY NOT AVAILABLE. Urgent help required.

  QuickPanel+ memory is arranged as follows:
  
  Use \SRAM Storage\ for battery-backed RAM
  Use \Flash Storage\ for internal Flash memory
  Use \PCFlash Storage\ for external Compact Flash card - IC754 QuickPanel
  Use \SDMemory\ for SD card - IC755 QuickPanel+
  
  SRAM Storage is the main memory area used to store applications. There is a slider in the Control Panel that you can use to divide the memory between storage for programs or data storage.
  
  There may also be a clear option in PAC Machine Edition, my QuickPanel+ is in storage right now but I might try this later.

  Thanks Steve, i tried doing as suggested by you, but unfortunately problem persisted. Finally i updated the firmware from a link provided by Emerson tech support team, which cleared all memory and i was able to download fresh project.
