Alarms and alarm banner

I have been writing alarm logic for new part of the plant. alarm assignments in modules have been done. all works in the logic and the graphics, but the alarms do not appear in alarm banner?

  Alarms appear on workstations where the Plant Area hosting the module has been assigned to the Alarm and Event container of the workstation.
  
  This is how you assign the span of control for a workstation. Rather than have all alarms report to all Workstations, DeltaV allows you to manage the alarms and Operator sees at his workstation.
  
  There are two levels to this. First you define the span of control a workstation has, as mentioned above. Secondly to define the span of control each operator has, again by assigning Plant areas to each Operator or Operator group. When an operator logs on to a workstation, he sees the alarms for the plant areas belong to both. (classic Venn diagram would be perfect here...)
  
  At run time, the Operator may disable alarms from plant areas or Units to further focus his alarm scope, but his is strictly a runtime function and not reflected in DeltaV Explorer.
  
  Remote Client.
  
  If you use remote client, you have to remember to assign the plant areas to these clients. I've caught myself multiple times forgetting to assign explicitly to the Client session and only applied the areas to the Pro Plus, or the Remote client Server. each Remote Client session has its own span of control.
