FF_VAL in PCSD CAV modules

Does anyone know why in PCSD 13 FF_VAL_REF is not wired to FF_VAL? Instead, a guidance is given that if we want to use Feed Forward, we should wire it. This is a change to the class. Does it create any issues if in some instances we plan to use Feed Forward, but in others we don't?

  I believe the thought process is to be similar to when using Fieldbus PID block which would save on a VCR without this wire when it is not needed typically.
  
  I agree that this wire should be defaulted to be there on non-fieldbus configurations and is something that project teams typically would/should do.
