I use a Proplus station 14.3.1 to commission a PK300. because the NIC issue of the workstation, I commission and decommission the PK300 many times. some time I manually decommission the PK300. At the beginning , the primary IOP and secondary IOP are all good.
then when I commissioned the PK300, I found all 3 port on the left side IOP were locked. meantime the secondary IOP 4 is in USE, 5 and 6 is disable. I tried to unlock the primary IOP, but failed. I swapped the left side IOP and right side IOP, then DIAGNOTIC show all secondary side port locked. It means the IOP is bad.
I am curious there is no damage on the IOP. Does any one have this experience? what the reason all 3 port are locked at the same time and how to unlock the ports? I try to use the PK300 property to unlock the ports but failed.
