Dear All

We have VIM2 , but unfortunately, we don't have IP for It, the question is there any way to find the Ip so we can communicate on it by using VIMNET explorer and check if it has a configuration.

    HI all
    I already saw a configuration with 2 differents dataset addressing the same registers one for read, one for write. That's work perfectly eventhough I think it's better to use 2 differents registers. The objectif was to Send a value to a safety PLC , which gave a different value as feedback depending of the cases of situation. For Exemple DeltaV send 1 for Open the valve, and PLC Answer 2 for "OK valve is open" 3 for Valve can't be open for safety reason, 4 Valve unknown position.Depending of the feedback value , the DV acts differently
