Do you really understand what is Reliability is all about

I recently thought I understood Reliability and how to put a PdM strategy to gain uptime and prevent downtime.  With the acquisition of MRG Consultant company, I was privilege to be invited to a Reliability Game being held at my facility.  I thought why not.  Maybe I learn something new about Reliability that I did not think about before.

Wow, I tell you what, it totally change my mind and thinking how to approach a Reliability discussion.  It is not what I thought it was.  What I was thinking as reliability, it turn our it is only tools that compliment Reliability programs.  These Consultants are absolutely outstanding.

Unless you are a true Reliability Consultant, I recommend you to take this course before even thinking about starting to implement any reliability program at your plant.  This will help you to start thinking in the right direction.  You don't want to head toward one direction and figure out you are heading in the wrong direction.  There maybe a train fixing to cross your path.  This is a small investment but the reward is great.

After taking this Reliability Game, I am a strong believer of Reliability.

Purpose:
The Reliability Game is designed to teach participants how to execute the transition from a reactive to a proactive maintenance environment. Once understood, participants can return to the workplace with an understanding of the value of implementing reliability practices in their organization.

This Reliability Game provides:

  • The financial opportunity associated with proactive maintenance

  • Where the money goes

  • How to stop wasting money

  • The value of applying the basics of proactive maintenance in their maintenance processes.

  • The power of teamwork

This is a fun and interactive training where you will bring home and remember what you learn.
