GWR 5300 prope issue

Dear All,

we have issue with the below GWR 5300 propoe as its bend during installation as in photos below, when we cheked the device in hart communicator outside tanks   ist shows healthy but we cant make sure its will be healthy and its integrity for real operation as its used for ESD safety signal.

please advise.if its can be fixed inany way  or we need to change all the propoe?

  You need a complete replacement of probe and flange. Transmitter will be okay. The flange has a stud that has the seals. The stud is bent. The probe looks a little bent from top of thread to that weld. Replace both. This happened to me once but it was shipping that caused the overweight flange to bend the stud and probe in the shipping box.
