Flow range for 8" Vortex flowmeter in gas service

Hi 

I would like to know  the suitable maximum and minimum flow range for  a 8" line installed vortex flow meter - gas service (Pressure=2.5 kg/cm2g, temperature=110 deg C, density=0.652 kg/m3, mole wt=6 kg/kmol, viscosity=0.014 cP).
